School Facilities Financing Support

In the increasingly complex world of facilities financing, MC&A provides both individual school districts and major financial advisors with technical support in the analysis of available state aid as well as the integration of facilities and operational planning.

Legislative Representation

In addition to performing legislative analysis, MC&A also provides legislative representation or lobbying for school districts and other clients on public school finance issues.

Administrative Issues

MC&A has provided school districts with specialized administrative support on issues including technology, PEIMS reporting, student assessment and administrative presentations to the Texas Education Agency.
